I have over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in production, supply chain, quality, and clinical supplies. My focus is on helping companies improve their processes to increase efficiency, compliance, and reliability.

Throughout my career, I have held operational roles in Supply Chain, Production, and Project Management, but my passion lies in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and Lean Six Sigma. I believe the best results come from working directly with the people who execute these processes daily. Together with operational teams I have performed Root Cause investigations, optimized workflows, and implemented smarter ways of working.

I have experience in contract manufacturing, clinical supplies, and quality systems, helping ensure smooth operations and consistent product delivery. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, I take a practical approach, combining strategy with hands-on execution, driving creative, effective, and sustainable solutions in quality and operational processes.
