For Starodub’s annual company outing we went to Den Bosch, a great city near our offices. During a workshop we made unique, personalized chocolate letters. Tempering chocolate is a very precise process and also for the weighing of the ingredients strict instructions needed to be followed. As we are Regulatory people, you can fully trust us when it comes to precision, details and accuracy (although we were tempted by the delicious flavors and toppings…).
Our team is also very eager to learn from other cultures, and specifically other cuisines. For dinner we were introduced to the Lebanese kitchen and it tasted like more!
In these times of hybrid working, and working for national and international clients, this was a great opportunity to spend some time together and strengthen the team feeling.
