At Starodub, we believe success comes from both effort and collaboration. Our recent company outing was a perfect example of this! On a sunny day with temperatures around 30°C, we embarked on two exciting activities that brought our team closer together while reflecting the precision and collaboration we bring to our regulatory consulting work.
Hand-made Bossche Bol pastries!
Our first stop was a workshop to create traditional Bossche Bol pastries, a beloved delicacy from the Dutch city of ‘s Hertogenbosch. These large profiteroles, filled with whipped cream and coated in dark chocolate, require careful attention to detail. Just as we meticulously craft regulatory successes for our clients, we poured the same dedication into perfecting these treats. The result? Delicious, self-made Bossche Bol pastries that we enjoyed, a reminder of the teamwork and precision we apply every day.
Escape room challenges!
Next, we faced challenges with escape rooms! With our colleagues’ expertise in quality, operations and compliance, nonclinical, clinical, regulatory, and medical devices, each team member played a vital role. Much like navigating complex regulatory landscapes for our clients, we worked under pressure to solve intricate puzzles. Impressively, all three groups escaped within the allotted time – proof of our problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in tough situations, both in escape rooms and in our consulting projects!
Dinner together!
To wrap up the day, we enjoyed a relaxing dinner. The amazing food and drinks were the perfect end to a day of fun, teamwork, and connection, leaving us with lasting memories and a deeper appreciation of the strong bonds we have in our team.
